SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities:
- Must maintain a good understanding of the company’s product lines
- Meet with customers in-home and in the Rockville showroom to give product demonstrations
- Present homeowners with accurate solutions, pricing, contracts and delivery schedules
- Prepare estimates using quoting software
- Promptly follow up on sales leads and estimates
- Convert customer inquiries into sales
- Keeps management informed of the status of all customer leads, project proposals and projects in progress
- Contribute to a team focused environment with a commitment to providing the best customer service possible
- Professionally represent and promote Hammer and Nail Exteriors and the products it offers
Requirements/Skills:
- Industry sales experience preferred
- Excellent computer, customer service and communication skills
- Employee will be required to maintain MHIC license and other license as territory requires
- High level of integrity in all business interactions
- Must be available to run evening and weekend appointments
Benefits:

LEAD INSTALLERS
Hammer and Nail Exteriors – a Marvin Windows and Doors Authorized Installing Retailer – is hiring qualified window and door installers for residential and commercial applications.
Requirements:
- 3 years or more of installation experience with reputable and documented sources
- Strong Compatency in Flashing of Coil Stock and Trim Carpentry
- Strong Knowledge of Door and Window Installation & Service
